Measurement Principle

The online organic matter analyzer based on spectroscopy utilizes the absorption of ultraviolet light by organic compounds. It employs the spectral absorption coefficient SAC254 at 254 nm as a key measurement parameter to reflect the content of soluble organic matter in water, which can be converted into COD/BOD values under certain conditions. This method enables continuous monitoring without the need for any reagents.
